Frequently asked questions

How long do pavers last?

With a proper foundation, pavers last 25+ years. The key is the granular base — that's where we don't cut corners.

Can pavers crack from freezing?

Pavers are designed for Quebec's freeze-thaw cycles. Unlike poured concrete, each paver is independent and absorbs ground movement.

What maintenance is needed?

Annual cleaning and polymeric sand replacement every 3-5 years. We also offer maintenance service.
